Information required to complete the transaction

For PayNow option:

• Receiver First Name and Last Name: Use the same name as on the receiver’s bank statement to avoid errors
• Receiver MobileNumber/NRIC: Sender can provide the Receiver Mobile Number or the Receiver NRIC to complete the transaction. The field accept 9 or 10 digits: Mobile Number (10 digits including country code 65), NRIC (9 digits, always start with letter (S or T, F, G, M) , then 7 digits and last character also letter).
• Country of Sender's Nationality: To be selected from the MoneyGram list

For Banks

• Receiver First Name and Last Name: Use the same name as on the receiver’s bank statement to avoid errors
• Receiver Account number a string with 7-32 digits
• Country of Sender's Nationality: To be selected from the MoneyGram list
• Bank Name: To be selected from the MoneyGram list
